Refund & Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without providing a reason.

2. Conditions

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

4. Return Costs

Unless the product is defective, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Services

For services that have already begun with the customer’s consent, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
